Because each book is personalized and printed to order, all sales are considered final once printing has begun.If a book arrives damaged or if an error occurs in personalization or printing caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly replace the book at no cost.Refunds are not available for errors provided by the customer at the time of order.

However, as a courtesy, Stonehill Retreat Press is happy to offer a reprint at printing cost, with the customer responsible only for the reprint cost plus shipping.Requests for courtesy reprints must be made within a reasonable time after delivery and must include documentation of the issue.
